The Crossings Campground

Visiting the Southern part of the park for a couple days. This was a nice, dog friendly rental that wasn't too far away. We stayed in one of the smaller cabins. The inside was cute and had everything you could need. The WIFI was a bit spotty for how few people were there, but it still got the job done.

This is a bare bones RV Park. It was a great location for visiting Theodore Roosevelt National Park. There isn't any personnel on site. However the was an water issue and we emailed the contact and they were responsive.

We stayed two nights. It’s exactly as advertised as it’s a field with several sites and full hookups. No office or anybody on site. WiFi was ok. No bathrooms or picnic tables. It was fine for us as we weren’t planning to be at camp much and the Medora rv parks didn’t look inviting. The problem was the sites themselves. Some were very uneven and lumpy and the hookups were wonky and in different spots..quite unusable at some sites. Luckily we were the only ones there so we’re able to pick a site that worked for us but could be a problem for some.

We loved staying at the Wild Horse Cabin! The cabin was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family! The location is excellent, just a few minutes from Medora and Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Check-in and check-out was easy and the host was easy to reach. We would love to book again in the future and will definitely recommend to others!

Great campground located just off the interstate and close to Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Sites are large and easy to back into. There are no showers or bathrooms which is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.
