The Craftsman Inn & Suites

My wife and I stayed here for 1-night coming in from Toronto on our way to New York City. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Room was clean and cozy, and the coffee and waffles at their included breakfast were great. We also went next door for a drink at the tap house in the evening and experienced great service and a delicious dessert. Although our stay was short, it was excellent. If passing through in the future I would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!

I have stayed at many hotels and most are cookie cutter types. Most being a room with a staff that does their job well. A nice room and maybe a restaurant or a convenience shop. The Craftsman is much more from the moment you enter the lobby, you get a homey feeling. Being welcomed by an above average freindly staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The 5 star restaurant is outstanding. A little pricey for my budget, but an outstanding choice for a special occasion. Need I say dinner with my wife is a special occasion. Stay,eat and enjoy.

We stayed one evening. Upon check in (which was very smooth) I recognized that the room we booked was less than ideal (suite Room 260). The issue was based mostly on cleanliness. However, when the heat turned on, the TV rattled which made peaceful sleep a challenge. I explained the issues to Wen at the front desk, and he shared our concerns with the Manager, Isaac. Both validated my concerns. Isaac worked hard to make our stay better. If you book at the Craftsman, know that calmly explaining any concerns will be heard by an extremely kind, and professional staff.

We’ve stayed here multiple times over the past six years while visiting family. It’s always been decent, but the quality has sadly gone off a cliff recently. They’ve stopped doing housekeeping during your stays, our tv didn’t work, the fireplace in our room didn’t work, there are no towels or cups in the gym, some of the gym equipment is breaking down, and we had to wait twenty minutes for someone to show up at the front desk when we tried to check in. We won’t be returning.
