The Cottages at Siesta Key

I stayed here about a year and some change ago and just left a MUCH better property in Siesta Key. I see we weren't the only ones charged a "smoking fee" when neither my wife or I smoke/vape or anything. The ladies are so, so nice to your face, but all they care about is getting as much money as possible from you. Please do yourselves a favor and stay elsewhere!!! This property is not worth it, whatsoever. Edit - pictures are also VERY deceiving. Cheers Another edit - they blocked my email after questioning them about being a shady group!!! STAY AWAY

I am giving 4 stars and will explain why. Over-all our stay was great, Staff was accommodating and pleasant. The cottages had everything we needed, amenities were great, pool was relaxing and quiet. Location was great, beach steps away. My one complaint was our floors were not mopped and quite dirty. I did let staff know so they can do better. I will be back!

We had an amazing trip to Siesta Key, The Cottages were perfect! I went with my family and we each had our own. They are all unique in their own way and are fully equipped with everything you may need. Nice short walk to the beach, they also provided everything you'd need for a day of fun in the sun. The pool was clean and very refreshing after a long beach day. I highly recommend The Cottages at Siesta Key as I will certainly go back and stay!

We loved our Elderberry cottage and the quietness of the neighborhood. It was a short walk to the beach and The Cottages provided everything we needed - wagon, umbrella, chairs, etc. Beach access #13 has no public parking so it is less crowded. And the snorkeling is great too. Our family of 5 was very comfortable and, fortunately, we had little trouble with mosquitos or other insects. The cottage was very clean. Our only wish was a second bathroom! Otherwise it was perfect.

BE AWARE! NOT SAFE!We booked thru airbnb house with a pool at the end of July, beginning of August. Our stay was awful. Employees kept entering rental house 3 times when I was taking showers, disrupting our vacation. Beds were dirty,floors not swept and water everywhere. I don't recommend their rental services at all!
