My experience with this "guesthouse" was not just the worst hospitality experience of my life, but one of the most horrible interactions with another person. The owner of this establishment is not a sane or rationale person, and I strongly believe she is a thief. ||||I was staying at the inn for one night with a friend. She insisted I pay her in advance via check that she would cash in advance (probably to evade taxes), and said that this was the only way to secure my reservation. I made a reservation for my granddaughter and my self to stay with Ms Ullery for the Brimfield market in July to arrive at her place on Monday, July7. I made the reservation on June 4 and sent her a check which she told me at the time was non refundable. I did explain to her that my life was in flux due to a really nasty divorce and grand kids suffering and their mom needing me. At that time, she said as long as I did not wait til the last minute, she would make an exception and refund my $400.00 deposit which she said was absolutely necessary to keep my room as there is always such a huge demand. ||||On June 24th, I cancelled for all the previously stated reasons. Not much more I need to say.||She also decides not to let you use the kitchen nor the bath even after repeatedly promising to do so.||She hits her head and then attacks you because she has untreated concussions.||Not a safe place to stay. But the cat will poop pretty close to your door so you feel like you're getting personal service, especially when it stays there for days.

This woman does not and will not respect your privacy. She told my family and I we could use the kitchen in the main house and when we did so she yelled at us to stop, clean everything up and leave.. I dont think her personality suits the line of work she is in, no hospitality what so ever..do your self a favor stay far far away from this crazy old bat and her make shift B&B!!!!
