One word to describe this place ... WOW. It's like stepping back in time and just a few steps from downtown restaraunts and bars. A perfect place to rent out if you have 3-4 couples and just a scenic 20 minute drive to Galena.
Our stay was very comfortable, the house beautiful in its restored state. Many period antiques and beautiful original floors, woodwork small cozy rooms let you imagine life in this 150 year old house. Our hostess, Colleen, went above and beyond to assure our requests were met. The television in the lounge area provided the necessary viewing but a television in the room would be an bonus. I will return to Copeland House.
An Awesome Get-a-Way with a Very Rich Environmental Feel. The House is old, Historic, and Beautiful with a Modern Touch. Located within Walking Distance.The 3 Porches provide separate, individual Feel to fit the Different
Wonderful stay! Beautiful house in a great little town.
Very cozy! A great place to hang out with a group.
