The Colonial Motel

Weiser is such a beautiful little town. However, this motel was sub par. It was freezing when we arrived, baseboard heater that took hours to warm up the place, sink hot water was on the fritz, the TV remote didn't work for volume, several cars outside with hoods up, top throw had cigarette burns. It was quite miserable. Oh yeah, did you notice the sign on the wall? Its upside down...lol

Clean, cute, and great staff. Colonial Motel Staff accommodated everything I needed and has one of the best rates during this time of the year. Super close to the business district and Boardwalk too. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend visiting.

If price is any indication of the quality and comforts then we should have kept on going. Ya just don't get a whole lot for 85 bucks, but a person kinda expects the a/c to atleast blow cool air but guess that was a bit to much to ask. Miserable hot nite not much sleep, glad to get up and get out. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The owner told us that the room was newly remodeled. Was not. The room smelled like mold. There was no hot water. Couldn't even shower. Very noisy outside with people roaming around all hours of the night. If I could give 0 stars for a rating, I would.

Cute and Quiet place. Also has a park a block away. Local eateries are walking distance and city police station is across the way and patrol every night for added security and peace of mind.
