Absolutely filthy and messy place. The pool is dirty and out of order. Most of the people staying there are low life riffraff. They play music at full blast, not caring about the other visitors. The windows rattle late at night and you can't sleep. They grab the chairs, make a mess everywhere without any kind of observation by the hotel management. You call the management and they tell you they will send someone and they do nothing. Security does not do their job either. The maintenance is very poor. The doors of the rooms are digital, and they always stop working due to lack of maintenance. The first day I had to go 3 times to the office to get someone to open the door. Sincerely, it is the worst hotel I've ever been in. The places (since there are multiple buildings from the same franchise you can be assigned) have potential, but they are absolutely disgusting. We had to change our room two times, first because it didn’t have the amenities we paid for (a full kitchen) and then because our fridge was full of mold. Also, there are hidden fees they don't tell you about. It is clearly the management's fault, since the people at the front desk were nice and servicial. Do not stay at this hotel. It's practically a scam.

ALERT!!! False advertising!!!! I booked this hotel through a booking service and it was THE Worst experience ever. I COULD NOT STAY FOR A MINUTE. This hotel is a very dirty mess with debris everywhere and construction hazards. It’s absolutely disgusting. We couldn’t stay. There’s no office. Smells horrible and everything is gross. Believe me, the pictures are deceiving. Then I google the address and find out this is a rehab center. Everything so sketchy. DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

Location was perfect, BUT this is nothing like they advertise. the place has great potential but they don't care. The staff was very cooperative, but the conditions of the place are the worst I have seen. It was dirty, smelly, and the surroundings are very unpleasant. We were relocated three times the first night because of the deficiency of the rooms. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.......

Don't book this place, it's utterly and completely disgusting. Even worse are their scummy tactics of charging you a non-refundable "facility fee" of $14/day before seeing the roach motel they laughing call a "hotel" so that when you back out of reservation after seeing room they keep your money Photos are misleading, pool is grass green, no ice machine, soda machine doesn't work, everything in room falling apart and there is NO dresser, NO closet, NO shelves in bedroom or bathroom so you have to keep everything in suitcase Front desk staff is rude and useless.
