The Circ Hotel by Hosteeva

Loved our stay! The room with balcony was perfect, room was clean, modern, and convenient - highly recommend! ...and the location is unbeatable. The views were fantastic too. The reception team was fantastic—one staff member even offered to see if I could get into my room an hour early without me asking, which was such a nice touch. The staff at the coffee house/bakery inside the hotel was great too. It's super walkable to plenty of places to eat and fun shops to browse. The neighborhood had a welcoming feel, and I felt safe walking around any time of day. One of the best parts was how many great restaurants are within walking distance—I tried several places, from casual cafés to nicer dinners, and every one was excellent. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Circ. The location was super convenient, so getting around was effortless. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the personnel were especially kind and attentive throughout our trip. It also feels like the hotel is under new management—everything seems noticeably improved compared to before. I stayed here back in 2024 as well, and this time the team was truly awesome. The balcony was a standout too—an ideal place to relax, with a great view that made mornings and evenings feel extra special. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended.

Room was ok. Coffee pods were not the right ones for the coffee maker. Clothes don’t hang properly in the closet. The safe is in the way and doesn’t even work. Restaurant closed early and rooftop bar required a reservation. Staff was mediocre. We booked and paid for two nights and left after the first night.

I would strongly advise others to never rent from this host. After our flight was canceled, leaving our family stranded through no fault of our own, we reached out hoping for some understanding or flexibility. Instead, we were met with zero compassion and no effort to help.||The host refused to offer any refund or reasonable accommodation, despite clear travel disruptions. Communication was cold, dismissive, and completely unhelpful during an already stressful situation—especially traveling with children.||Life happens, flights get canceled, and how a host responds in those moments says everything. Unfortunately, this host showed no concern for guests at all, only for keeping the money.||If you value customer service, empathy, or basic decency, do not book this hotel. There are far better

- I paid $158 for valet (5 nights) - there’s no daily housekeeping. You have to pay an additional fee if you want cleaning services - they only give you one shower wash cloth. When I called for more and to ask for more towels the rep (who is likely an offshore call center) said they gave me enough for my stay; after I told him I’m staying multiple days, they only brought one towel - the pillows had old stains (will try to upload picture) Otherwise the rooms are fine and good location. Editing to update review — guest relations called to follow up on my stay. I greatly appreciated the woman taking the time to follow up with me and hear out my concerns. She explained that all issues have been addressed/resolved. And that the valet is separate from the hotel. Great that they take the time
