This was our second stay at Cabot Lodge and I cannot wait to go back! The room is so cute and my daughter loves the loft! The owner and employee could not be any more accommodating and friendly. They made our stay AMAZING, offering some excellent dining and activity recommendations that were all SPOT ON! Absolutely the best place I could imagine staying in this cute small town. Please don't tell anyone, though. I don't want the place to be full next time I want to return. 😀

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cabot Lodge. It felt like we stepped into the past. It was cozy but also had everything we needed and in the perfect location for all of the hot spots we wanted to walk to. The staff were incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our two night stay. There is a shared fridge with little post-its and a marker to be able to mark your room number and check out date in case you have left overs. Also, the water machine is perfect with, quite honestly, the most delicious cold purified water we’ve ever had. We’re still talking about it days after check out. And the rain shower with the tea tree shampoo and conditioner felt luxurious. We will ABSOLUTELY stay here again next time.

Wow! That pretty much sums it up! We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the Cabot lodge and found that it was extremely clean and decorated very tastefully. My husband and I stayed here on the last night of our honeymoon and we were so happy with our stay! When we walked in, we were warmly greeted and given all of the details about our room and the common area, (TV, couch, fridge, complementary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate). We expected the room to be small, but it was very cozy and very clean. The cherry on top was that we walked into two chocolates on our bedside table and complementary snacks and waters for our stay. The Cabot theater was right next-door. If that’s your thing, if it isn’t, there are plenty of dining options as well as other small businesses to browse. Parki

First things first: The rooms are tiny and the front desk is only staffed from 9 AM - 5 PM. There. That[s out of the way. Everything else about this little jewel of a hotel is excellent. Especially the location. It is right in the middle of Beverly, on Cabot street where all the stores, restaurants, and bars are. It is a short walk to Rantoul (spelling?) St. for microbreweries and more restaurants. I was there last weekend with my wife & daughter for a family birthday party. We were able to walk to everything, including the birthday venue (Mission Boathouse) breakfasts (Crave and the Atomic Cafe). Handy to bars too.. the Indo, Fibber McGee[s (live music!) and the Anchor are all walking distance. The room we had was a “King bed plus loft” which was comfortable even for my daughter (a col

My wife and I came from Washington State for our 20 year anniversary. I found this place by chance just messing with google maps and decided to take a chance on it. HOLY COW was that a great choice. This place is so fun, clean, quiet, beds are insanely comfortable, staff were so friendly. The restaurants are great, the bakery’s (Bonny Breads) was our favorite! We are in our very early 40’s and love adventure. This place was the perfect mix of quiet small town and city comforts. Train to Boston or Salem is only an easy 1/2 mile walk. I can’t say enough about how amazing we found this great lodge to be. Bedrooms are small, sure, but for us that like to adventure in the day and just chill in bed at night this was no problem. We had the pleasure of staying in two different rooms to get the f
