The Budget Inn

Spent few nights at this motel and it was a real home away from home! The room was spotless, comfy bed, and the staff were super friendly. Parking was easy and it's close to some great local eats. Would totally recommend for a quick getaway or a longer stay. 5 stars from me!

To begin with, it was yet one more Patel Motel Cartel place. The young staff was very gracious although I had a very hard time understanding a couple of them. The old man, the owner, on the other hand, was a p***k. He had a sign out front stating 'Help Wanted', but despite calling him twice, he blew me off. Probably because I was from the wrong country. Because of circumstances, I would up living there for 6 months. At $250/week that makes it $6000! He threatened to throw me out when I was a couple days late with my payment one week.|That 'said', I have paid a lot more for a lot less at other Patel Motels. The room, including bathroom, was clean enough. Bed was comfortable enough. As I am, I never asked for anything, doing all the laundry (sheets, towels) myself. Never asked them to clean

This place is pretty cool. Replaced my appliances and offered to help move my things in. They are affordable and very respectful. And they actually give you privacy which most hotel don't. There's even a restaurant in walking distance. I love this place.

It is a AWFUL PLACE. When the door to office is locked not good thing. Rooms Smell Awful. Wouldn't give us a refund. I would not wish this place on anyone!! Did not feel even safe! Going g to sleep in van at wayside. YUCK I would not stay there if last place for 100's of miles

Can't expect much for a 50 dollar room. Clean sheets, no bugs, had mini fridge and mini microwave. Check in was quick and easy. Really just a place to sleep that's it. The room was rather dingy and outdated. The worst part of the room is that it totally wreaked of stale cigarettes. Had to spray mega dose of scented Lysol to mask the odor for a while. Would be perfect for a chain smoker.
