The Bransinn

This place should be closed down. We had 67 people in our group. There is never anybody at the front desk. We had to call the tour company to get somebody at the desk. The hall carpet was filthy all 3 days. Toilets didn't work. TV's didn't work. Couldn't get clean towels until we reported to the tour company. Refrigeraters didn't work and 1 couple need it to work for their diabetic medicine. It is not remodeled as they indicate, it looks like some third grader painted the walls. Our bed had something wrong with the box springs so you could fall of the bed. The positive was the lady making the breakfast. She was very pleasant and cooked a nice hot breakfast. There were several rooms with doors left open when we got there because they were not clean. those same rooms were still

The hotel was very convenient to the strip and not too far to the airport for the air show. We were at the hotel for 4 nights but our room was only serviced after the 1st night. Maybe it had just gotten too busy to get to everyone. After all nobody makes the bed at home every day either. :) Breakfast was pretty good and it was a bit too cool to use the pool unfortunately. Overall it was a great stay.

Typical 2-star motel. Only reason the service got a 2 was because of the breakfast server, outside of that the service was barely available and the cleaning crew skipped our room two of the three days we were there. The other day we had our do not disturb sign up because we got in late and wanted to rest, but we saw the cleaning supplies and they just skipped us. Pool was already closed but we wouldn't have swam in it even if it had been open. Not our typical choice for a place to stay but this is what our timeshare presentation came with, would not go back.

Very disappointed in this Hotel. I always look at the pictures online to see if I like them before I book. The picture that is on the website is nothing like the room they gave me. First of all, the window looks out to a brick building so I could not see out at all. The room had carpet probably 20 years old the bedding and towels were very dingy, and I was just not pleased with the room at all. I talked to the guy at the front desk about it and he said that they are renovating the rooms and the one that they show online is one that is finished. I did not see any signs of them doing any renovations. I think it should be illegal for them to post pictures on their website that are not true to what they are renting out. Highly disappointed with the appearance and cleaning of the hotel inside: the hallways, the rooms, bedding. The sheets were dingy and discolored from check-in. Housekeeping never brought clean towels, never changed the bedding, and did not take the trash out over the course of days. Luckily, I always bring my own washcloths and bath towels. However, we do use the hotel's towels for some things, such as drying hands or preventing slips. When we arrived at 7:30pm, there were piles of dirty linens in the hall, indicating that Housekeeping didn't finish earlier in the day and left the soiled/dirty linens in the halls. The carpets in the halls were dirty and unvacuumed. There was a dirty towel tossed in a window in the staircase next to the front desk and entrance that was there for the entire
