The Blue Heron Guest House

We enjoyed our 2 days at Blue Heron Guest House on Winona Lake 7/25. Kelly and Tony graciously welcomed us and made us feel at home. Great breakfasts and conversations with these hospitality pros of 20 yrs. The Empyreum Room, decorated in a rather rococo style, had windows on 3 sides from which we viewed ducks, hummingbirds and bald eagles -up close. Tony's boat ride to a restaurant was a highlight!

Wow. My husband, daughter and I just returned from a weekend getaway to Winona Lake. The Blue Heron Guesthouse surpassed all of our expectations. Who knew this hidden gem existed? From arrival to departure, Kelly and Tony will ensure you are well taken care of. The rooms are spectacular. You have a private porch overlooking the lake, a spacious room, and the most comfortable bed. Breakfast is over the top amazing. We had dinner reservations at the Boathouse Restaurant and Tony gave us a ride on his boat to and from the restaurant. Kelly and Tony are a delightful couple and we are already looking for another reason to head back there. This place is a must if you are looking for a nice getaway to Winona Lake.

The home was beautiful, the exterior and views were incredible. The interior matched if not outshined the views of the house with beautiful interior design. The hosts were very welcoming and gave great communication and answered any and all questions as well as amazing service. The town was just a couple minutes drive away with awesome selection of food and stores. The rooms were large and comfortable, with a built in stereo that played classical music and set the tone. The best part came at breakfast, what I thought would be some eggs and toast, turned into a home cooked breakfast and genuinely was amazing. Would 100% recommend and would suggest you request the French toast if possible

Kelly and Tony have created an extraordinary sanctuary at the Blue Heron Guest House. Our spacious room was romantic and elegant with a private deck overlooking the lake. We enjoyed watching the wildlife and enjoyed a boat tour of the beautiful lake. Breakfast was wonderful and our hosts did everything possible to make us feel welcome. Don't miss this opportunity!

We had a lovely stay at the Blue Heron Guest House celebrating our anniversary. Breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable. We availed ourselves of the hot tub overlooking the gorgeous and clean Winona Lake several times. Tony delivered us to dinner via the boat both nights. Kelly and Tony were easygoing, consummate hosts. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing weekend.
