The Bear Den Inn

Really a nice quaint hotel. Room was clean, beds comfortable, everything worked. A few fixtures etc were a bit dated, but worked fine and did not effect my stay. Would stay again.

Stayed at this motel for 3 nights it is a very clean motel. The bed was very comfortable. It is locally owned. It has a great location we was in walking distance to two restaurants. There was bad storms forecast for our first night stay an they was nice enough to leave a note on our door for the closest storm shelter. Very nice small town Motel.

Kara lied to me and told me it was a king size bed. I'm 6ft tall and had to squeeze into a queen size bed with two kids. The mattress was like sleeping on a broken couch. They allege that it is brand new. The water was barely warm. When I called to see if we could switch rooms so that I could take a shower no one answered. They finally called back over an hour later and said sorry about that. My back is killing me and a cold shower.

We were passing through. The Bear Den Inn is a great little motel! Call the number, and Kara will get you a room and a room code. It's so painless, and she was very responsive to texts/calls. VERY clean room. The A/C kept it nice and cold. We didn't use the TV. The small bathroom had GREAT water pressure and temperature! There are chairs and grills outside, a connected restaurant, and a very quiet downtown area. We grabbed some food and sat down outside. It was so peaceful. Hardly any traffic. It's such a great spot to decompress and relax. If we ever pass through here again for any reason, we know where to stay! Thank you so much for everything, Kara!

A very nice if small room. Beds were comfy, although the blankets were quite thin. The bathroom is very small, but the water stayed hot through me, my wife, and two kids. We got in very late and they were very accommodating to get us in our room. Much nicer than the other motel in town.
