The Aspinwall Motel

My husband and I stayed while on a fishing trip. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated for the feel of home. Everything I could want was nearby. We will definitely stay here again!!!!!

Our stay at another local cabin was cancelled last minute. We call Aspinwall Motel and they were accommodating on a short notice. We showed up late Thursday night. The owner left our room open for us to sleep for the night and square up in the morning. We are fishing the DSR 20 min. Drive and worth the stay.

I've stayed here for 20 years. Always spotless rooms, friendly, helpful staff, comfortable beds. Easy access. Food truck and restaurant there.

We had a family reunion in early June where several families stayed here. Highly recommended! The rooms are spotless, cleaner than most big chain hotels I’ve stayed in. The couple who owns the property are lovely, along with the caretakers. A lot of history in the old house where the caretakers live. We had a lot of people arriving at odd hours, the staff was very accommodating. The Cherry Tree in was fantastic for breakfast, and so close. We won’t stay anywhere else next time we are in town. These old vintage motels are hard to find anymore, I’m glad this one has dedicated owners to keep it up!

This is close to where my Mom lived, nice quiet motel. While traveling here, was running ahead of schedule, called the motel and they had our rooms ready when we got here, didn’t have to wait until 3 or 4 o’clock like most motels. Staff is very friendly and will help any way needed. We will come back here again.
