Texas Unplugged By Chari Ranch

This was one of the best experiences we've had as a couple in 20 years. It's secluded, cozy and just a special gem of a place. The fire pit was fantastic and allowed for some of the best open-flame cooking I've done. Talent (owner), really knows his animals and made feeding them so much fun as we learned more about them. I would highly suggest for a couples get away or for a family!

My 6 year old and I stayed here and had the BEST time! It was very relaxing and the animals were so friendly. You can clearly see how well cared for they are by the owners. I highly recommend paying the extra charge for the giraffe experience. Worth EVERY penny! We will be back and are so excited to watch this ranch grow!

We loved the whole experience! If your looking to truly get a peaceful getaway this is the place! We have been to local safaris around, but the experience here and their animals are amazing! The interaction with the animals and the care they are shown was amazing! We absolutely loved our stay! We will be telling everyone we know about our experience!

We traveled here for my husband’s birthday.It was a fun time spent well, away from our busy schedules.Got to feed the animals and walk the giraffe. This was a memorable trip for our kids as well .Talent has great understanding about the animals and it was fun to learn about the lemurs and kangaroos and our favorite - the giraffe!

Wow! This is an exceptional place to share with the family. I was so surprised when my husband booked our little family at night at Chari Ranch. The destination was a surprise for the kiddos and they were thrilled to stay in a “tree house” and feed the animals. We all loved the hot tub and peaceful setting. The family that runs this place is oh, so knowledgeable and have a great heart for animal husbandry!
