TC is the best boatman in the area. Plus,he's probably the best fishing guide in the world. But, as a mermaid he should be better!

If you're considering Teton Valley Lodge for your next trip, you should absolutely book your stay because you will be thrilled with everything from the moment you arrive - the only disappointment is having to leave on your last day! My husband and I stayed at TVL for 4 nights and had 3 days of guided fly fishing. I'm far from an expert at fly fishing, but our guide, Harrison, was an excellent (and very patient!) teacher. We fished with Harrison all 3 days and caught some incredible fish. We've never seen a guide work as hard as Harrison - he would row us back upstream time and time again to give us more chances at fish or because he knew there would be a big one hiding along a certain ledge - and he knew every turn of the river like the back of his hand. We booked a full day guided trip for our honeymoon, and it was amazing! Our guide, David, was such a hard worker and one of the most personable guides I've ever worked with. He had us on fish all day when the weather was not ideal, and made sure my wife and I had a great time. We hope to be back!
