Temporarily Closed - M&M Inn

This little motel just happened to be next to us when we were abruptly stopped to road closures from a blizzard last winter. We fortunately got the last room available. It was clean, warm, pet / animal friendly, had two beds, a bathroom and a TV. The owners even made us soups and sandwiches and gave us drinks. It was amazing. We are thankful and appreciate the experience.

Me and my family were really unsure on to keeping on going due to the snow storm that was on us during the night and we came across M&M inn. It was the best decision we could have made. It has a/c Very clean slept really comfortable staff was really nice to us when we checked in. Definitely recommend stopping and getting rest there.

Very nice little room. I very much enjoyed my stay. Blankets were warm, everything was clean, and the owner was very nice. If i ever came by here again i would specificly want to stay here again. It was surprisingly cheap too. I came expecting prices to end up being 30-40% more after taxes but it seems like it was just the base price and apple pay tax. The only downside is that it is practically right next to the train tracks and they go by very loudly blaring their horns. While this was difficult for me, i did eventually get a good nights sleep.

M&M Inn absolutely saved us! We got caught in a storm while driving through NM and this was the perfect place to shack up for the night. This Inn had everything we needed and the owners were so gracious to make us food since we had no food with us and the storm had all local stores shut down. The room had a refrigerator, heater, AC unit, and two comfortable beds. This place truly saved our day and was perfectly comfortable. Thanks for the hospitality during our stay! Highly recommend if you’re passing through Des Moines.

I really liked this hotel. The name attracted me. The reviews where worth trying it for. Sorry for my kids making a mess before I took a picture. The rooms are smaller, but they are clean. I would stay here again and bring my waffle maker. Theres no microwave. Small fridge unit for a heater and a/c. Quit small town. Perfect if you want a quit peaceful night with out people around. Make sure you have enough towels.
