Teal Lake Campground

We usually rent the group campsite every year: this was the first year we didn’t. We camped at the beginning of August 2025. But we still camped in the first come/first serve spots. Below are some negatives compared to previous years: 1. No toilet paper - Usually the bathrooms are relatively “clean” for being an outhouse. But this year; they were not maintained, were full of bugs and had no toilet paper. Luckily we usually take our own backup toilet paper and put a bar of Irish Spring in a ziplock with a few holes and hang on a rope and put hand sanitizer in there as well. But this year was especially bad with lots of people and the toilet paper didn’t last. 2. Full trashcans - Also, in previous years the trash cans were emptied frequently or regularly - especially before and after the

One of my all time favorite Colorado campgrounds. Had a great time fly fishing this area! Facilities are clean and easily accessible.

Great spot, quiet and a great lake to fish.

Awesome campground, everything is in great working order. Surroundings are beautiful, plenty of space.

My Dad took us kids here for many, many years. We built the "Fort" I hope it still stands. These lakes are beautiful and we caught a lot of Rainbow trout in those lakes. I can't wait to go back.
