Tb Hotel Downtown-Miami

same issue on the cancelation. I booked my reservation on September 2025 with this hotel through Booking.com for my stay on Feb 2026. They canceled my reservation on Nov 2025. And so far I have not received my refund. My credit card wont dispute this transaction coz it is passed 60 days. I have called Booking.com three times during past month and my problem still have not been resolved. Both Booking.com and This hotel are evil !

They don’t exist. Showed up on day of my reservation. Closed. Priceline.com took my money for this booking and the hotel is not open or operational at all. It is a decrepit condemned building. The picture of the sign makes it look fresh I promise you the place looks like it has been vacant for years.

They cancelled my reservation 3 days before my stay because of an issue with the hotel. They said that I would get a refund. I haven’t been able to contact them at all. Still haven’t received my refund I’m so upset

Scam! Took full payment & cancelled the booking without notice or authorization. They are non-contactable & now I must fight for refund. Avoid!!!!
