The views are out of this world! The family and atmosphere are phenomenal. Butch and Jeanie are some of the most hospitable, welcoming, loving people you'll ever have the pleasure of knowing. Anyone wanting to get away from the world and have wonderful home-cooked meals and a relaxing atmosphere, definitely book an adventure with Tavaput's Ranch!

This was such a beautiful place and one of the best country views in the world! We stayed here one night and they made tasty food with a truly wonderful family atmosphere and cabins to stay in with world class view of some of the prettiest topography in the country! We'll go again!

This place is simply stunning. Amazing location, and the family that runs the ranch are some of the friendliest people I've even met. Hope to go again in the future. Also, the food was amazing

My stay at Tavaputs was a little less conventional. I had the opportunity to work on the ranch one summer when I was 16 years old. I got to stay in the cabin with the Jensen family where I was able to get to know them a little better than most guests. The late Tate Jensen would take me and my friend out on the ranch where he would put us to work mending fences or doing whatever else needed to be done. Tate would saddle up on his horse and leave a little earlier than we would in the morning after breakfast and then my friend and I would take one of the ranch trucks out to meet up with him. It was my first time being exposed to such hard work, sweat, and blisters. Tate would light-heartedly tease us when he saw the sweat dripping off our faces under the burning sun.
