Tarantula Ranch Camping & Glamping

Great location if visiting the area, we explored death valley and the surrounding areas, borders BLM land so you can go out and enjoy the massive desert region out there. Great and easily accessible with a camper. The non-paved roads were fine to drive on even during and after some pretty heavy raining, and we were in a 2wd vehicle with low clearance.

Relying upon location websites and reviews can sometimes lead to unwanted surprises - the only surprise we had at TR was just how much we loved our four night stay! We stayed in the Bottling Room, and the attention to detail and added conveniences and touches show the owners really, really care about your stay. It's quiet, well kept up, and the three on site affectionate cats only add to the overall experience. It's only a short 30 minute drive to the park's entrance, so don't pass this oasis by!

Glamping in the desert, rather remote, but on one of the access roads to Death Valley. 1-1/2 hours north of Vegas. Everything thoughtfully put together, better than many Airbnb's we have been to. Future winery.

We had such an amazing stay at the ranch and a nice warm welcome from the Host. Super helpful with any questions about the park, the weather and they supplied us some fizzy waters to keep up the hydration. The caravans aircon was so good i woke up freezing, a nice change from the outside weather. Everything was super clean, having a fridge for our food was a massive plus as we are living in our van and our fridge couldn't keep up in the heat. The camp kitchen was super nice, has everything you need. Having 3 cats on the property was a plus for us as they're super friendly and cuddly, perfect for the down time. It's located pretty close to Death Valley National Park, so it's the perfect place to stay for Sunrise and sunset drives. If we're ever over is the US again from Australia, we'll def

This place is like an oasis in the middle of a desert! My family and I stayed at one of the glamping units that were available, and we enjoyed the cool relaxation out of the 90-100 degree summer heat. The unit we stayed in had a built-in bathroom, but there were even more spacious ones outside, including a shower. What was even more surprising were the amenities, as the unit had utensils and running water, as the shared kitchen outside did as well. With a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains, my family and I enjoyed cooking dinner outside, along with playing with two friendly cats that I also assume resided on the ranch. Would definitely come back again!
