We read the reviews and noticed they were dated so wife and I went and asked to see a bay view room. The guy at desk was more than accommodating.showeed us rooms small yes clean yes we booked. For July.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO MAKE A RESERVATION AT THIS PLACE. THE MANAGER IS AN ASSCLOWN. MUST NOT BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. JUST WANTED TO ARGUE. I WAS TOLD THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. NOT HERE. I SIMPLY ASK FOR AVAILABILITY FOR LATE OCT..EARLY NOV. HE SAID WE ARE CLOSED END OF NOV. I SAID I DIDN'T SAY END OF NOV....END OF OCT../ NOV. THAT MEANS I'M LOOKING FOR A ROOM. THE END OF OCTOBER, GOING INTO NOVEMBER, ESPECIALLY AFTER I HAD TO SAY IT TWICE, ACTUALLY 3 TIMES AND HE STILL DIDN'T GET IT. I JUST WANTED TO ARGUE

We loved staying here. We stayed in a room that overlooked the bay and we really enjoyed the music every night at M.R. Ducks.

Our room was NOT clean. We found garbage tired in a bag under the sink in the bathroom, which looked like used condoms. The coffee pot on top of the fridge had dried coffee grounds, and I couldn't use it. The men at the desk had no personality, and we felt like we were bothering them. Ethan was awesome and friendly. The sad part is that we made a hard decision not to return adter many great years there. We found better options at the same cost with just as good location. We miss Leslie!

Beware of the parking lot at this hotel/ at M.R Ducks. It is valet parking where they do not allow you to park or move your car yourself and they squeeze as many cars in as possible and shuffle them around. The front bumper of My brand new car was hit while in this parking lot and they didn’t even have the curtsey to Let us know, no one reported it and no one admitted to doing it, after giving me the run around to call back a different time every day for three days in a row to talk to different people, probably hoping I’ll be out of town eventually, they have been denying it was them and are not Offering to do anything about it and give no compensation unless I can bring my car all the way back in whenever is convenient for them, to look in person to determine if the damage (On my brand ne
