Wonderful place to stay! They had a grill under an awning if you want to make food there, a pheasant cleaning shed with everything you need, clean bunks, a common area to hang out, and a special room if you have your wife along (me) or a girlfriend with a private bathroom! Perfect for a pheasant hunting trip. Cleanliness is key here and they had a special dog area for hunting dogs to use the bathroom along with extra kennels, blankets and towels. Everything you could need and very kind service.
I've enjoyed Dr Mark's hospitality for 12 seasons now at his Tailfeather Inn. Our group enjoys the warmth and relaxed atmosphere at the Convent year after year. My son Micah and look forward to vigorous hunting each year with Dr Mark and his arsenal of well trained hunting dogs. Viva la Tailfeather !!!
