Table Rock Villas

We loved this Villa! The view was spectacular, the villa was clean and had so many nice amenities. The game room was so much fun. The heated pool and hot tub were the cherries on top of a wonderful stay. The villa is lovely with fabulous showers. We will be repeat guests.

Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. The air conditioning system was not user-friendly, and one of the AC units did not work. This was not communicated in advance, which made the stay uncomfortable. Cleanliness and maintenance were ongoing issues. There were dust and spider webs on the ceiling corners and on the wall next to the front door. The bathroom sink was clogged. The towels appeared discolored and dirty, with visible hair on them. There were mosquitoes and flies throughout the property, and we also found wasps coming from the bathroom vent. The coffee machine needed descaling. Overall, the property needs better cleaning, maintenance, and clearer communication from the host to meet guest expectations.

These villas are perfect for singles, families of any size. The host and hostess are very friendly and most helpful. Villas are equipped with necessary dishes, well equipped kitchen.Grills for your use. A hot tub and pool, game room, pickle ball court, basketball court’s , not to mention a gorgeous lake to fish, boat, or swim. It is definitely a vacation spot I will return to.

This was the perfect space for our friend’s bachelor party. We had groups of guys from different seasons of the groom’s life all coming together, so having five separate villas and a large outdoor common area was perfect for everyone to feel the most comfortable throughout the weekend. The hosts were absolutely terrific in every way. Dean was responsive and gave great insight, even being flexible for our group’s specific needs. The villas were spotless, updated, comfortable, and everything we could have wanted. There wasn’t a need to leave the premises for entertainment because we had all we needed within the space. Any family reunion or bigger celebration would work great here. I hope to come again soon!
