Sweet Magnolia Inn

There is self check in but the owners were present as we arrived & spoke to them throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious & beautifully decorated. There were essentials that Amber made available in our room in case of need. The first floor open area provided available cups, ice, coffee, teas, & other beverages any time, as well as individual snack size munchies to tide you over. The location was ideal for enjoying St. Mark's & am glad to have discovered the Inn.

We were looking for a waypoint | on a weeklong motorcycle trip and basically threw a dart on a map. We knew nothing about this place or this town, but threw caution to the wind and headed out, and the sweet magnolia inn was our first stop. We stayed two nights. The hosts John and Melissa are super sweet and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. There is an endless supply of snacks and beverages. If you’re looking for a loud town with endless night life options, this is not your place. We explored the nearby st marks lighthouse preserve and ended up staying there all day wandering the trails and beaches looking for wildlife. We can’t recommend this place enough for a getaway. ||Give them a consideration.

My sister and I ventured to this magnificent inn on a weekend excursion to slip away. Wow, did we enjoy ourselves. Melissa and her husband John were out hosts and made us feel so at home and welcome. We had a lovely room and the Jacuzzi/spa tub was so relaxing. We enjoyed bike riding on the bikes provided. Lunch at Cooters was delicious and dinner at Riverside Cafe with a live band was the topping on the cake! We will certainly visit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent 2 nights at Sweet Magnolia Inn. We drove down from Birmingham, Alabama to bike the St. Marks trail. We found check-in to be very straight forward and easy (great communication!). There was a spot to keep our bikes, our room was clean and pleasant, we enjoyed the massage chair, and unexpectedly used the pool table. I haven't played pool in about 35 years, but it seemed like a "date" with my husband when he suggested we use the pool table out on the back deck! The town is walkable and the bike trail is right around the corner. It was nice to come back from a bike ride to Tallahasee and back to a snack and a soda along with some time in the massage chair! All in all a very nice trip, thank you!

We found a diamond in the rough! Melissa was very inviting when we showed up after a long day on the motorcycle. The room was very nice with a king bed. Super quiet and in a nice location. The shower was amazing!! We would recommend this place to anyone traveling in the area! Thank you for the great experience. It was far superior to the Days Inn the night before and was cheaper!
