Swan Valley RV Park

This is a great park within driving distance to Grand Teton National Park. We were only there 4 nights but we enjoyed our time very much. Doug manages the park and he is quite friendly and helpful. He even showed us one of the covered wagons they rent on Air BnB. It was super nice. If you're visiting Grand Teton, I'd recommend Swan Valley RV park.

Bryce & Natalie were very pleasant and accommodating hosts. A little over an hour from Jackson Hole and the Grand Tetons. The campground is clean, level, mostly sun sites. Surrounded by rolling green ranches and mountains. Most anything you need is in Swan Valley, just a few miles from the campground. Loved our stay here.

We stayed here for 2 nights in our camper van. The park has full hookups and decent Verizon service (Starlink didn’t work at site #8 due to tree cover). There’s a general store nearby, and Idaho Falls is about an hour away. The camp host was kind and helpful – he helped us unlock the bathroom when it accidentally locked and checked on a loose dog when we asked. That said, the park feels more residential than recreational. Sites are tight, there’s regular truck traffic, and one long-term resident played loud music coming and going. One dog was tied up all day, and another wandered off-leash – which was stressful for our rescue dog. On our last morning, the host sprayed herbicide while driving a loud side-by-side around the property, which made the area feel more chaotic than relaxing. Bat

The owner/host who answered was very friendly. We called for day of arrival, and a 730pm arrival was accommodated by giving us the site number over the phone. I googled the park and called that number without issue. Yes, there is a gas station right out front, which worked well for us to fuel up prior to hooking up and leaving. We stayed here while visiting Jackson Hole and the Grand Tetons last minute in June. It was a BEAUTIFUL drive along the Snake River, however twice there were car accidents that backed up traffic for hours and due to the remote location there was no convenient rerouting. This is no fault obviously of the park, just pointing out to be aware of this and consider staying in town if GPS shows a backup! The mountain photos on Google were not from the actual park it

The owner knew my son's in highschool so was a great visit for me. Small park, more than adequate, spaces are tight.
