Surrey Vacation Club

It's a Thanksgiving family tradition. This year we spent a week in Branson with 3 condos - 2 one bedroom & 1 two bedroom. The 2 bedroom condo was very nice. 1 bedroom condos were okay - had a very nice jetted garden tub in master bath & a tiny shower in 2nd bathroom. Shower size was similar to cruise ship showers - it's easier to lather the walls, do the hokey pokey & turn yourself around... Counter space in 1 bedroom condos was extremely limited & sofas in all three were nearly impossible to get up from. As a group, we had multiple issues that required calling maintenance or security (after hours), including clogged garbage disposal, a/c issue, shower leaking after turning valve off, clock alarm going off at midnight in empty condo above us, & being awoken by security & falsely accused o

It was nice. It was like being in a one bedroom apartment. It need some updates as far as the TV's. The carpets need to be steam cleaned. They did provide dishes and cookware for you. A mini washer/dryer set was in a closet. It had two closets with an iron, ironing board, and extra blankets. The bed was big and comfortable and had shelving on the wall behind it. Two TV's were provided. Onsite there is a tennis court, workout area, and swimming pool.

Rooms were ok. Kitchen need a few more pots and pans to cook a family meal. Housekeeping wasn't very good had to call several time during the week for trash bags and toilet papet and sometimes a couple of times before they would bring them.

Tho was a time share trade. It needs updating. Appliances and furniture are old and worn. The unit was clean, bed ok, grounds and public areas well maintained, pool and hot tub well maintained.

has been great -only confusing thing is the check in is across the street from where you stay.
