Surfside 3 Motel

This family owned motel boasts beautiful water behind it! It's a treasure, close to the beach, good restaurants and JFK airport. The staff is wonderful, see the daytime manager Anthony and the nighttime manager Danny with any questions or concerns, they're the best. I wanted to give a special shout out to the cleaning staff which kept my room immaculate. I highly recommend the Surfside. Thank you one and all.

I stayed at this motel June 2, 2024. I was having my 50th birthday celebration at Vetro’s, the following day my husband and I had an early flight to Jamaica. I arrive at 2:30pm to have my hairdresser and her assistance start working on my mom hair and makeup. They were NEVER left alone. The night before my party I had packed everything and left inside the room until my party ended because my mom was going to grab everything and take it back to my house. The only people in my room were my mom, aunt and my husband. The following morning we left on our trip. I return from Jamaica to put my stuff away and a white gold ring was missing and my coach sunglasses, but left the case. I had a very positive 4-star experience at the Surfside 3 Motel. The location was a major highlight for me, earning a solid 4-star rating for its convenience. Both the rooms and service were dependable and met the standard 3-star expectation, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay overall.

I was referred to this motel by a friend. I was a little worried because I never been here before. As soon as I got to the counter I was greeted by a lovely woman named Christine. I explained to her the occasion and what I was looking for and she helped me out tremendously. She had one jacuzzi room left. I will say that when I opened the door of the room I was shocked. I had to call her to figure out some things(the tub) but she and her staff were extra helpful. It was just what I needed. The tub was nice and big and filled up quickly. The bathroom was great and the water pressure of the shower was amazing( I like strong). The bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size. I won't recommend this hotel! My husband paid $450.00 for two nights. We asked for non-smoking but the room smells like smokers slept here, so what's the point? The room does not have amenities at all! No closet, no plastic cups, only two towels, no coffee pot, no bucket for ice. This is worse than a cheap motel and to top it all off, the person who cleaned the room took our toothbrushes and our tooth paste! why would they throw them away if they saw our belongingson the table??? This is our second night here and I just want to leave! Not a good experience. This place is NOT worth the money we paid for. I complaint about to the receptionist over the phone and they sent us two cheap toothbrushes and the toothpaste was as small as my pinky finger! One more thing: They don't offer breakfa
