Surf City Hotel

I had such an amazing at the surf city hotel. It was my first time in South Jersey. I had such an incredible time. I was staying at this location because I was going to my friends wedding. I had an amazing time, the service was excellent. I had an easy time finding a place to park and it was right by the beach. It was a great weekend getaway. I’m just so grateful for the amazing hospitality!

I always love my Sept. stay! The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and convenient to everything. The Bistro food and cocktails are awesome. The ocean is steps away and the bay is an easy walk. ☆☆☆☆☆

Extremely disappointing experience, especially for a wedding weekend. The heat didn’t work, the band played obnoxiously loud until 1:30 AM, and there were no extra blankets available. To make matters worse, harsh neon lights flashed into the room all night — even with the blinds closed. Not to mention the whole floor sloped to one side of the building cementing the motel energy. Customer service was equally underwhelming: dismissive, insincere, and entirely unhelpful. For a weekend that was supposed to be special, this stay was nothing short of a letdown.

The room was perfect for our needs, just to change, chill, and sleep. The service was friendly and efficient. Perfect location for beach access and right in a little cultural hub of the island.

The room was clean and comfortable and decorated cutely. And wow, such a short walk to the beautiful beach! Parking was a bit difficult at times, but we always seemed to get the last space. I wish the towel exchange was earlier in the day, but the office did have towels when we needed them. The happy hour food, drinks and music were lots of fun. Great stay!
