SureStay Studio by Best Western Paradise Lancaster County

We appreciate the service at an affordable rate. We slept well. Breakfast was delicious! Our kids enjoyed the pool. There were a few things that could make it even better...our room took about a half hour to get up to a comfortable temperature. There are no bathroom fans. And you have to walk or drive to the lobby/main building. But those things were minor inconveniences. We enjoyed our stay.

From the photos it looked like a stand alone hotel...its actually a second building to the main hotel. The room is very compact and wasn't clean. Tub had hair in it and top of refrigerator was very dusty. I clean upon arrival thankfully. Beds were neat and clean. The exterior needs work, lots of spider webs and rust everywhere. Pool was very nice. Breakfast was great...you have to walk over to the main hotel. Very friendly staff. Lots of food options and large dining area. I only wish they had high chairs. Not too far from dutch wonderland.

I needed to stay local for an event at Rough and Tumble and I selected this hotel. Overall, it is a very nice property! There's a Best Western Plus and the studio rooms in a separate building. There's and great outdoor pool AND an indoor pool, breakfast served everyday and my room, including the bed and shower, were enjoyable! My only reason for not going 5 stars is housekeeping was a little weird. They exchanged my bath towel and hand towels, but not my bath mat. They made the bed but didn't change the pillowcases and I'm not sure about the sheets. They didn't replace the coffee that I had used the night before or add body wash like I requested at the front desk. Despite these quirks, I would definitely stay here again.

I showed up an hour before my check in time and they wouldn’t let me check in I had to meet my father in law so I had to meet him late… the pillows are horrible put your head on them and goes straight to the bed… the bed was so uncomfortable it hurt me and my wife’s back could not sleep…so we had to check out a day and night early since they said there isn’t anything they can do for us…. Me and my wife stayed at plenty of best westerns and never had an experience like this….so I lost money cause of them

Rooms are clean and very nice. However, their website is misleading. You are not in the ACTUAL HOTEL. They are a separate building which you must walk into the main hotel to use any amenities or have breakfast. They weren’t willing to accommodate us which I am handicapped and unable to walk distances. Definitely not coming back.
