Overnight 11/18/2025, Room 253, 2nd floor. Good night's sleep. Room face road, no traffic noise. Hotel staff pleasant and helpful. I was able to make tea with hot water from breakfast room (room appliance makes only coffee). Basic room, clean and neat, towels plentiful. *LED lights on smoke detectors did not wake me during night and I covered the microwave LED with towel. LED lights are a big problem for me when staying in hotels. When again visiting family in Greenville, IL, I will book this location.

Online reservation of a non-smoking king room with whirlpool tub for two nights (1/1 and 1/2 2026). Walked in. First thing to hit us was the horrible smell (stale tobacco, pet urine, mildew). Second thing was the room was freezing, thermostat had been turned off in middle of winter. Third thing was the carpet coming up, large folds in main path at foot of bed were a tripping hazard. Returned to front desk and checked out immediately as well as canceling the next night's reservation. A room with a whirlpool tub is supposedly one of their better rooms. If this was the condition of the higher cost room, I wonder what the standard rooms look like. Of course we had to eat the first night's cost.

Positive: Staff was excellent on the night shift. Negative: They did not clean the room when asked. Had to approach the front desk to clean the room.

We stopped here after a 12 hour driving day around 9 o'clock at night. The gentleman showed us a room and he was very friendly and the place was clean and we felt very safe. The price was very reasonable and that included breakfast. You can park where you can see your car. The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed our visit. And we'll be back.

Needed a place to stop last minute on a road trip, got a room for a great price. Room and bath were dated but bed was very comfy, wifi worked, but the Continental breakfast was just some dry snacks on a counter. Overall a good stay. Would have given a 5 star for the cost of they had eggs and sausage for breakfast
