Super 8 Livingston

My family and i with both our dogs stayed here for little over a week. It was horrible!! We reserved a room down stair that was pet friendly when we got there at 3 am we were put in a gross room upstairs with a broken tv no light bulbs and smelt like nasty chemicals, when we asked to change rooms they told us no the only person who was at all professional was The manager who worked the evening shift, we would call the front desk for clean towel n clean blankets and were made to wait for 4 hours then werent even given a blanket. Free is to much to pay for this hotel the only reason we stayed so long cause the other 2 hotels were booked....

Very nice rooms. The room my husband and I stayed in was really clean and had towels and hot water. The thing I loved the most was that they are pet friendly so my small pug could stay in with no extra charge. One thing about this place I did not like is that it doesn't have many channels to watch but if you're there to have a good rest than it shouldn't be a problem. Other than that I had an excellent stay. Not sure why theres low reviews. Also there is free wifi and the passcode to it, is in the back of the paper they give you with the card.. so make sure not to loose it. Great price for a good room!

The accommodations were mediocre, the breakfast was unpalatable and had to find something elsewhere, there were holes in the carpet and unrepaired damage in the bathroom. It just wasn't worth the money. But the worst part of all was the staff. I had to cancel my business trip in the middle of the week and the very rude desk clerk refused to refund the remainder of my week's room rent. Called their corporate offices to complain and they were just as rude and inconsiderate. Not only will I dispute the charge, I will also never again consider staying at a Super 8 or affiliated hotel (including Wyndom) and I will tell everyone about this experience. So long, Super 8, you kissed off a long time customer.

Me and my mother stayed at this hotel on May 14,2016 and after I checked in and went to my room there was NO power,the whole hotel was without power for hours so I asked the lady at the front desk when it would be back on and she said she called the electric CO and they said they was working on it,so it came back on after about 2 hours so everyone had to stay in a dark hot room until it came on and the carpet was soaking wet and stained up and on the internet it says they have a coffee/tea maker and that's not true!!! I could never even hook up to the Internet but they say it's free!!! There was food crumbs on the table and when you tell the office attendant she just says she's sorry!!! Really?!?!?! From now on I will go to another hotel!!!!

“The one and only hotel I stay in Livingston. Nice pool, a beautifully landscaped area for family's to enjoy outdoor grilling!! Several "clean" bbq grills available.. My grandchildren and i have enjoyed our stays each time..Very courteous and always attentive to make your stay comfortable as possible!!! Good Breakfast!! Clean Rooms!!! Never have to worry about my lodging when staying in Livingston!!! Thanks to Cindie and the rest of the friendly staff! And it's close to Everything!!! Highly Recomend!!”
