Super 8 by Wyndham Williams

I have stayed here twice. First time in November was excellent. Second time was 1/17/26 - nice room as well with one exception. I reserved the room an hour before arrival, it was 3 degrees outside and they dont turn on the heat for the room until a reservation is made. They didnt see my reservation until I arrived, my room was probabaly 50 degrees at the highest, I am guessing 45, it was miserable. The pillows were like ice packs. The room was very clean and smelled clean. I went to the office to ask for an extra blanket (I would have been satisfied if granted) and was told they didnt have any; i dont understand this because there were only 3 cars in the parking lot at 10pm -- cannot understand why they could not go in a vacant room and lend me one. Comfortable bed, nice hot shower, DirecTV, good variety for Continental Breakfast including make your own waffles. Close to two truck stops, closest one opening soon.

Very disappointing experience. Do not recommend. Upon arrival, the front desk administrator told me that my reservation had been canceled because the payment was not guaranteed. However, in the Booking app my reservation was clearly active and not canceled. The booking did not require prepayment and allowed free cancellation. I tried for a long time to explain that this was not my mistake, but rather an issue on their side. Unfortunately, the administrator kept insisting that it was my fault. In the end, I had no choice but to pay separately for the room. The situation became even worse due to the room conditions. The outside temperature was around 2°F, and the heating in the room was not working. The room was extremely cold — I had to sleep fully dressed. Throughout the entire night, t

Came in super late (11:30pm) after getting stuck in a snow storm. Very fast check in, and with 3 littles in the car we needed fast. The check in gentleman last night was very nice, and unlocked the breakfast room so we could grab milk for our youngest. Rooms were nice, a little outdated, and the bathrooms are very dated. But overall a good place to stay if needed. This morning though…. Myself and others sat in the office for 20+ min trying to figure out why keys were no longer working and if they were going to have anyone plow the parking lot so we could all leave. After no answer, we have resorted to having to shovel ourselves out of their parking lot that’s under 1-2+ ft of snow.
