Woman at front desk was nice. The location is terrible, filthy rooms. It couldn't have been cleaned. Had to use towels on floor to walk on. Our socks were completely black. Garbage and litter, broken glass everywhere outside. We needed a night off road with our two dogs. Really depressing, too tired to find another room. Always thought Super 8 is budget, but was alway clean, not so for this one. 😞
They had everything I needed to get a good nights sleep and get back to what I needed to do the next day. They knew the area and made good recommendations and helped with directions. Good bed, shower, clean room.
I selected the wrong dates and was only wanting to change my dates not only did they decline my request but wouldn’t issue me a refund so I could rebook either. Absolutely the WORST staff I’ve ever experienced
Rooms was clean bed was comfortable hot and cold water air and heat worked good great customer service tv worked and great wifi no smell stayed for a week
Rooms are neat & clean. It was a very nice, quiet night
