Super 8 by Wyndham Webster City IA

Always stayed at another local hotel that is right across the highway but decided to give this hotel a try due to the significantly lower price. Saving $100 for a 2 night stay. The room could use an update. One bed required us asking for clean sheets due to a stain on the sheets. The sidewalks were not cleared. This caused hazardous walking after a snow storm dumping another 5 inches of snow on top of sidewalks. Our party had 3 separate rooms. Another family member had to request new bedding upon checking. They found crumbs and hair . Bathroom light was not working. I will say that after the desk was informed, they did change the sheets. There was an issue of communication though, it was extremely hard to understand each other due to heavy accent.

I recently stayed at this Super 8 and had a great experience. The place was very clean and quiet, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Honestly, the negative reviews for this location do not match what I experienced—my stay was comfortable and pleasant.

If you want a nice quiet motel and a quiet area with nice rooms, even the staff are decent, they have a decent breakfast, indoor pool, nice open parking lot. This is a good one if you are in the area. We definitely recommend this location. Thank you super 8 for allowing us to rest at your motel.

Kenny brown has some great employees last year i stayed at over 900 hotels and for a super8 this has been the best. The guy that works all the time is probably the nicest employee out of every hotel I've been to

Honestly, very gross. Mold in the bathroom and when we talked to them at the service desk they went and inspected it claiming it wasn't mold. We had tk physically wipe it up with a cloth to prove it and they still claimed it wasn't mold. I don't expect a perfect room but mold is nasty and to be right in front of it and say it isn't mold is disgusting. So disappointed.
