Super 8 by Wyndham Strafford/Springfield Area

The room was horrible. Cigarette burns in the comforter and several other places in the room. The carpet was so bad we didn't want to walk on it bare foot. The told us they upgraded our room from a single to a double and I wish they wouldn't have. The man at the counter was great, but the condition of the room sucked. Never again will I stay there.

We stayed at this hotel back in April of 2023. We had a nice stay. 10/27/2025This time around not so much, we walked into room there was mold on the bathroom floor and around the toilet. The sitting bench was ripped, also an order. I had just driven 12 straight hours, I was exhausted. Then my key cards would not work. The front desk attendant was Condescending with me. They key wouldn't open the back door. I had to walk around several times. I feel I should be. Reimbursed the $120.00 I sent. I was very displeased with everything.

VERY kind/friendly Staff who go above & Beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Breakfast was amazing & the selection was great. Just the nicest people's working there who are truly Welcoming.

The management is really good here. I came in a little earlier than expected and they were able to accommodate me. They also allowed me to borrow a phone charger. The room was clean and comfortable.
