Super 8 by Wyndham St. Clair MO

I had a very nice stay at this Super 8. My only complaint was that they allow smoking inside their rooms. I did not smell it in my room, thank goodness; however, walking up to my room, you can smell it from the hallway and walking down and into breakfast in the morning, there was smoking in the downstairs hallway already. Not what I want to smell first thing when starting my day. Other than that, the room was comfortable and well put together. I slept quite nicely.

The people were friendly and gave us new blankets when we asked. The door latch was broken and didn’t shut all the way. Our sheets were stained (the set on the bed, and the new set they gave us) and the mattress had this scary stain on it that genuinely looked like a blood stain. We didn’t find any bugs but the floor is dirty. Only stayed one night because it seemed unsafe in my opinion.

Positive: The staff is all very friendly and it is kept clean. The towels in the bedding are clean and they change it upon request and change towels out every 3 Days to stay Green. I love this place! hey are very professional and they make the best coffee. Negative: NA

I stayed one night October 24 checked out October 25 and I still have not gotten my security deposit back. If u stay definitely pay cash for deposit if u want it returned. I just keep getting the run around on how to get my deposit back

Room was not clean. Floor were so dirty had to wash feet multiple times a day. Toothpaste slung all over faucet and mirrors. Bugs in corners. If you need some one you have to wait awhile to get any help. Ac/heat barely worked.
