Super 8 by Wyndham S Jordan/Sandy/Slc Area

Cleanliness - mostly fair/poor . I had to try 3 different rooms, but all had badly stained and unvacuumed carpets. Maybe they need new vacuum cleaners.|Service was excellent. The front desk did everything to help me find a better room, and asked housekeeping to vacuum the 3 rd room I looked at. All staff at front desk were friendly and helpful! That was the best thing about the motel!!|Amenities - enjoyed the indoor pool and breakfast.

Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Room temperature was hard to regulate, hot tub was nice and working (a problem we've had other places), the waffle mix was thin, making some doughy waffles, probly won't eat for our 2nd morning. A suggestion for pool room, some towels on rack would be helpful. Overall, price was reasonable and pleasant staff

My kids and I stayed at the Super 8 in South Jordan/Sandy, Utah for 7 days, and we had a really good experience. The front desk staff and the maids were all very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay feel comfortable from the start. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout the week. The pool and hot tub were really nice and a great way for us to relax. The area around the hotel also felt very safe, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while staying with my kids. The location was super convenient. Close to stores, food, and anything we needed during our stay. Overall, it was a great place for us, and I’m thankful for how well we were treated. I’d definitely stay here again!

So take in mind I did call super 8 , which automatically put me in contact at this hotel not the correct one. I have made a police report. I thought they put me in contact with the correct hotel. So first off the employee seemed very skiddish/ nervous, she told me she was new. I was especially nice, who knows what or if she even told the the manager that I called screaming. Complete lies from him or her. He calls me back' realizes tells me it's the wrong hotel and then begins getting angry at me and tells "me my employee said you were calling the cops," my answer was of course that's what you do when their a fraud dispute. How is that threatening? I proceeded to ask him why are you yelling at me and going back and forth with me, it's too early to be arguing. Continues escalating his vo

We ordered a single big-sized (assuming it’s king sized) room.  At our check-in, the front desk said they had no more single king-sized room left but offered us a double queen-sized bedroom as an upgrade.  Yet when we entered the room, it’s a single queen-sized bedroom instead.  We felt cheated & decided to stay for only one nightThe hotel is located right next to highway I-15.  The noises from the heavy traffic flow are severe & continuous late into the night.  If you are sensitive to such kind of disturbances, the hotel might not be a good choice.
