Super 8 by Wyndham Pascagoula

Our stay was more than pleasant. The room was clean and was not dirty at all. The common areas were clean as well. We will definitely stay here again if we needed to. Our only issue was they were booked and we needed a room for a longer stay due to job change. The staff is excellent and very polite.

This place I will not go back. The manager had the nastiest attitude and lied about how I can retrieve my deposit. He told me to call a number which wasn't true. His employee was walking around without her shoes on. Restroom was super grimy. It was just an entire mess. I've never stayed at a Super 8 and I never anticipate on trying any of their other hotels again. This hotel is by Wyndham and I am going to stay away from them just because of the distasteful attitude of the manager. I don't care how long you have been working in a place, every customer is not the same. As a manager you should want people to be happy and comfortable and we were not. This 1 star is entirely for the manager of this location. Job well done not at all.

I booked this hotel in a rush, without checking the reviews. Oh boy, did I make a huge mistake! It is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The room had a very strong smell. I couldn't sleep the whole night because of that stingy smell and kept thinking that car camping would have been a better option than staying there. I also kept hearing sounds like those from crime thriller movies for most of the night. I would never stay in this hotel again. I had an awful experience. A few positive things were: the room was big, it had a small kitchen, a big refrigerator, and the bathroom was clean with hot water. Breakfast was minimal - just coffee and an apple.

This was an emergency stop due my original hotel being overbooked. It was a great choice and since the price didn't change much. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel lobby, front area, halls, and rear exit were all clean and very secure looking. Front desk was exceptional with a great hostess! I would definitely consider this location again. 😀
