Super 8 by Wyndham Neillsville WI

It's a nice clean hotel but the owners need to get it together. I have stayed here four times and two times they have double booked me and charged me for two rooms. I'm one person with one bag. Then I have to call them and dispute it and they always act like I'm lying when they're the ones too stupid to figure out how to stop double charging. So I'd definitely recommend staying here but you need to absolutely triple check that the front desk isn't lying and verify how much you're actually being charged. I don't even stay here anymore because I just know it will happen a third time and I don't want to deal with it when there are other hotels

No pool or hot tub No ice in the ice machine no items in vending machine. Husband slept 20min then packed up and went home the beds were completely unsleepable. I stayed to try breakfast and there wasn't any. Absolutely horrible would never recommend

Rooms were nothing spectacular, your typical hotel rooms. But they get 5 stars because our room was immaculately clean. Service was great. Our 2nd day our key cards stopped working. The front desk had this issue resolved within minutes. We also asked the cleaning staff for some extra pillows and towels. After returning that evening, the extra pillows and towels were there and our room was amazing again. The cleaning staff was top notch. Location was good and easy to find. An O'Reilly auto parts about 100 yds away (good thing, needed a new battery while there). A Russell's right next door which is a grocery/hardware/appliance store. Restaurants nearby. To wrap up, I really enjoyed my stay. One of the cleanest places I've stayed and the staff was great. If I'm ever in the area again will def

The places was very clean and the services was outstanding i will stay there next year or other super 8 hotel. thank you. the hotel was very location was a nicest very walk to my meeting rooms was nicest and friendly and the food was set up real good.
