Super 8 by Wyndham Morton Grove/Chicago

We have stayed here several times and our stays are always pleasurable.The staff is always helpful and quick to address any issue and are so nice and friendly. The rooms are spacious and always clean, with a large Refrigerator, Microwave and new Large HD TV. The breakfast is perfect with fresh fruit, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, orange juice, apple juice and yogurts. Fresh milk and great coffee. We will stay here anytime we are in the Chicago area. The area is safe and access to the building is secure via card key. Thanks for a great stay!!

For the price this little hotel is a gem! The rooms have everything I needed: comfy bed, desk, TV, 'fridge, MW and both drawers and a closet. The last time I was in the area I stayed at an upscale hotel a few miles away, that didn't have anywhere to hang clothes, even though it cost 3 times as much. There's even a small garden area with tables and chairs. It's a 10 minute walk from the bus line and a mall with an Amazon Fresh, so I could pick up what I needed for my 3 day stay. The only downside is that the continental breakfast only has a few items and is served between 6 and 9, but there’s an all day coffee machine that that has a nice variety including decaf.

Absolutely disgusting. No sense of polite customer service, added extra fees that were not stated online during booking, the photo of hotel was complete opposite to how it was in person, the smell was foul (cigarette and mold), the cleanliness was borderline a crack house — the bedsheets had stains, mold, cigarette burns, there was paint all over the floors and sheets, etc. They didn’t not tell us about construction happening on property (although there literally wasn’t…) just a sign that said breakfast THAT WE PAID FOR was unavailable due to construction. (no refunds). Absolute waste of money.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and I must say that overall the customer service is exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that I left as a satisfied customer . The prices are very reasonable and the rooms are clean and spacious. I highly recommend Super 8 Morton Grove IL to anyone staying for a day or two, Even for a vacation. It is a family owned establishment. I will definitely be a repeating customer as well and recommend this location to any of my friends or family members. Thank you front desk for having me leave with a smile on my face.
