Clarification from the mistruths in the managers statement. We did check in at approximately 8 pm - we had driven 11 hours and had to stop for 10 hours due to DOT regulations. When we saw the condition of the room we were unable to find the front desk staff (see other guest reviews regarding the same issues) so we attempted to get some sleep - bed was horribly uncomfortable, room was dirty and rundown. We left at 6 am (not 10 as untruthfully stated). We stayed not one minute longer than we had to by DOT regulations. At that point I told front desk staff that we would be requesting a refund due to the shower being unusable. She said "ok I tell manager". At no time did I call the property - I wrote my negative review and received a nasty call from the "manager". Bottom line, the park

We were passing by and stayed here for an overnight stay. This place is spotless and quiet. Their rooms are pretty clean and seem upgraded. The staff was very friendly and helpful.|Breakfast is pretty enough with having varieties. ||Check-in was effortless, and they have express check-out. We drop the key in the drop box and leave.

Sep 2 2025 was driving from Seattle to North Carolina. Stop here to get a couple of hours of sleep. Creepy as hell I enter and was greeting with an Asian lady look like she was sleep. This lady three time tried to manually put my banking information in to take more money out of my account( which she did and I’m still fighting these charges from my bank.) I had to withdraw $80 for my dogs for any issues it would cause. I get to the room to be smacked Roth moms and smoke that trigger my asthma. I went back talked to this scammer of an employee to complain and she verbally said she’ll adjust the price once I check out. I was cool with that. Got up pack my dogs and bags in the car and spoke with her again s out the adjustment and she was like no problem I’ll take care of you. To my surprise on

Positive: Location Negative: The room has a strong detergent smell, and the air conditioner blows air with a nasty odor. We ended up turning off it and opened the window for the whole night.

If you have pets that aren't their "specific" dogs DONT GO HERE. Honestly, should just be labeled as Dog friendly instead of Pet friendly. NOT PET FRIENDLY. We came here late at night so that we could get some sleep, just for them to say "we don't want cats" and they didn't even give us a refund. If you have any respect for animals Do not go here.
