Super 8 by Wyndham Lindenhurst

I had a vacation reservation for 8 nights flying in from Texas. I am a 73 year old woman going to my hometown one last time. After 3 nights at the motel i became very ill and had to get an emergency flight back home to Texas for medical care. I paid $1,671.16 for the motel in advance and they manager refused to refund me for the five nights i was unable to stay.

Stayed a very pleasant 3 nights here for a sports tournament event. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Went over and above in having the simple Continental breakfast out for us an hour earlier as we had games early in the morning. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Fixtures worked well and were fairly new. Shower water pressure was great. Beds quite comfortable. Heating worked well. Location was good. Close to some good restaurants. One decent place was right across the street, Hurricane wings and grill. I would even more highly recommend Taheni restaurant just 3 mins drive away. Best food we have had in a long time anywhere, and great value. One of the very best smashed burgers we have had. But all of their food was just outstanding. Including the fries. And the home

This place is quite the surprise! I wasn't expecting very much but was totally blown away at how clean, comfortable and well-maintained this place is kept. The rooms are up-to-date in furnishings, marble countertops and desktops. The beds are comfortable and the internet service instant! It does NOT look or feel cheap at all. It's an exceptionally pleasant property and I would absolutely stay here again, without giving it a second thought.

Motel was clean, ready upon arrival and pleasant. Just wish the beds had another layer of blankets. There were blankets in the armoire but wish the beds were made with a light down comforter. We were here for a soccer tournament early December. Would book again if we are here next year.
