Found bed bugs the next morning after spending the night thinking we were imaging being bitten because we couldn’t find anything. 8am my boyfriend was bit for a 3rd time but we finally saw what it was. When we addressed it with managed(the owner) he immediately refused a full refund and was very nasty although I came and tried to be discreet he was uncompromising to have any compassion or sympathy. Terrible experience with owner! Staff was amazing at check in and Check out.

Convenient to meeting family. 4 stars because exhaust fan does work in bathroom. So there are mold spots started to form. Humid bathroom after showering.

Rooms are not very clean spider webs in the corners they do have roaches ! As for my room thank goodness no bed bugs but i did see several roaches climbing the walls. The service was good the employees was friendly the location is good for shopping and food tho.

Writing this review for my fiance. Woke up to bed bug bites and an attitude from the hotel staff when the issue was brought up. Not only told her no refund even though she was covered in bites, but some how upon checking out charged her card again (even though she already paid). If this sounds like a good time to you, I recommend this place..I doubt they even realize she was recording the interaction and has pics and videos of the bed bugs. I am gonna make sure she posts the pics because this place is disgusting

Super friendly check-in, helped me get my truck and trailer situated. The room is updated, nice and clean, no smell, bathroom is clean, towels and shampoos are great. And a great price ! 😀 Exceeded my expectations 🤠
