DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! They used this place to home the homeless who are tying to get back on their feet but this place is completely disgusting. You walk in and it smells like they mop the floor with urine. They say no smoking in the rooms but the halls always smell like weed or cigarettes. The vending machine dont work and the breakfast is just cereal and juice. The rooms have this nasty musk smell to the. They dont clean the rooms properly and its clear these carpets havent been clean in decades. The plug-ins dont all work. They have one microwave in the lobby that has a hole in the top if it. There is a sign that says they welcome animals, but wont let all animal types in the building. Room service isn't every day, Its twice a week. Over all this place is trash. The owners are rude

I wish I could give less than 1 star. It was ridiculously overpriced. The rooms are dated and disgusting. The carpets are stained with so many things and I don't want to know what they are. The TV , air conditioner and ice machine didn't work and they refused to change our room. The "Continental breakfast" consisted of cereal with a picture of milk that sat on the counter for hours and 3 tiny yogurts. I haven't even begun to talk about how rude and unhelpful the staff is. You'd think they would try to make something pleasant seeing they have the audacity to charge such an unrealistic fee for a place that can only be described as a dump. I made reservations in August 2023 so I could see the solar eclipse of April 2024, more than six months ahead of time. Exactly 60 days before my reservation I received three emails and a phone message stating that this Super 8 could not honor my reservation. When I called I could not get a clear reason why my reservation could not be honored at the price I had reserved and I would have to pay $30 more per night. After more than half an hour of pushing for a reason (It was like a Seinfeld episode!), I finally got the manager to admit there was an “event in the area.” When I asked him if he was referring to the eclipse, he finally admitted that was the event. Positive: Nothing, we didn’t stay there. It was a terrible neighborhood and there were very sketchy people smoking crack pipes and a car with no license plates with girls in it at the front entrance. If I could give 0 stars I would, place has roaches, staff beyond disrespectful, doesn’t accommodate in the least bit way. Advertise continental breakfast but only serves old stale cereal, juice, and low quality muffins. Housekeeping walks right into your room, tries to force you out if you don’t listen to what they say. An experience I’d never want to experience again. Accuses guest of stealing items that they don’t even provide to you. Smells terrible, wife Rina and husband Nick own the place and constantly arguing in front of guest. Wife Rina venting to guests when she assist with housekeeping. A bunch of homeless people live there as they try to rebuild themselves but seen constantly put down by staff, place shouldn’t even be open. Unsure how the health department allows them to stay op
