Super 8 by Wyndham Jerseyville

The hotel is clean. Nice rooms. The sofa in my room needs replaced. I sat on it thought I sat on the floor. There is no support and the cushions a worn. Other than that, it was great! For the price it was exceptional. Thank you for a great stay.

The rooms are definitely dated, I wish they had coffee IN the room. Cleanliness isn't top.of the list BUT the employees are absolutely the best. So helpful and friendly. Jerseyville was exactly where I needed to stay and they are dog friendly, so it was perfect for our trip.

Positive: The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean. The rate is very reasonable. Negative: This place is worn. In one room we stayed, the curtain was tacked up instead of hung properly. all the furniture is worn. The sinks have stains from years of use.

We have stayed here several years ago and that is why we went back. This time we still had a good stay. We stayed in a handicap room due to my husbands mobility issues. The roll in shower was one of the better ones we have stayed in because the water did not roll back into the bathroom floor. We were thankful for that because we had no risk of a fall from slipping.|The room was smaller than we were use to and it only had an office chair to sit in (no easy chair or recliner). We did ask if they had a recliner for my husband and they were able to bring one into the room. That made our stay more comfortable. |The bed and pillows were comfortable for us. Room was clean and no smell/odor. |Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the check-in and check out online through email. Mad

I couldn’t speak highly enough of the amazing staff that work at this hotel! Shannon on night shift, Elisha who works the evening shift, and the manager Jesse were extremely helpful and showed great hospitality while I was there! I had some problems with my reservation and couldn’t get the third party agents to help me, they went above and beyond to help me get things figured out! They didn’t make me feel like I was a burden to them at all and I was so thankful for that! The other staff including the two house keepers and the other young man on night shift were also all very respectful and accommodating! Thank you guys so much for being so awesome to me while saying there. It truly warmed my heart.
