Super 8 by Wyndham Ida Grove

The staff was very accommodating when I requested two downstairs rooms due to health issues making it difficult for some of my party to climb stairs. Housekeeping was not intrusive. They exchange your towels daily, but will only do other things if you request maid service. The only thing negative about my room was a slight dip in the bathtub that appeared to be due to a crack in the fiberglass (room 108). Breakfast is continental including self-made waffles and oatmeal.

Positive: Location easy to find. Negative: I had prepaid and they wanted payment when I check in; the bed was so high I could hardly get up into it; air conditioner blew cold air over the bed; two remotes for TV, but could not figure out how to use them; hall noise starting at 4:00 a.m.;

Rooms smell musty, and of heavy cleaner/bleach. Beds are hard and very few thin sheet and the pillows do not support your head and neck. Walls are messy and chipped

Excellent stay for our family of three. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and the staff was great. Enjoyed visiting with Taylor she was wonderful. The hispanic woman cleaning rooms was so sweet and always has a smile. She greeted us with a good morning and saw us out with a wave. Little things like that make your visit that much better. Will stay again in the future.

Horrible place no one.listen to what we were asking said is there a pool and she said yes talking about a hot tub and kept ignoring me when asking other questions she kept saying you need to sign here and I kept saying is there a pool and said yes but after we signed finally she said the pool is right there and again it was a hot tub. Finally I said that is not a pool and After I signed everything she said oh yea I meant hut tub and when I went to cancel the booking I was charged 100 dollars for cancelation because of her screw up. I will be challenging the charge when it comes thru my card and contacting other places to report what happened here you employing screwed up and lied and we still got charged this is wrong and stealing not to mention i traveled 8 hrs for a family funeral just w
