Super kind staff, Robin went above and beyond to restock our room and made our bed so our blankets and stuffed animals were cute. And on the way out, she got me a bag for my luggage overflow - always pleasant at Super 8, and warm too, especially important this winter!

Positive: "" Negative: The HVAC unit is very noisy when the fan comes on. It woke us up in the middle of the night often.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, blood stains on the dresser and carpet. We found empty water bottles on the floor near the bed (that were not ours), smoke alarm was outdated and did not work and we were woken up to two police vehicles/officers looking for a guest. Not a safe place and in need of lots of repairs and cleaning/updating.

Room smelled terrible, straight up mold smell. The window had no screen, so we couldn't air it out. Comforter was stained all over, and the carpet was shredded in multiple spots. The mattress must have been 20+ years old, felt like lying on a box spring. Look elsewhere.

You tell Patel .it upgrade, not paint shitty room and say good. The pet fresh on the bed is awesome. Stay here!
