To start they lost my reservation, had to completely start that over. Then gave us a room where the door didn’t close all the way or lock. After switching rooms, went to shower and there’s no hot water at all. I wouldn’t even go as far to say that it was Luke warm. Just in general a terrible experience
Positive: Easy access Negative: Not a big breakfast option. No one was at the front desk
No wifi, cable television, no elevator for second floor room and inoperable room phone for my entire two day stay. Nobody present at main desk x2 twice when walking down to express concerns. Called main desk direct number for assistance and got voicemail. When I finally spoke with a Super 8 attendant, who identified himself as Mr. Patel, he nonchalantly disregarded my concerns and did not even care if I choose to cancel my stay and go to another hotel which he stated was about 15 miles away.
Nice place to stay with basic amenities. Beds are comfortable, rooms are very clean and front desk staff are very friendly. Would definitely stay again.
Our home away from home when we visit our family in Galva. Great beds and great tv.
