Super 8 by Wyndham Franklin/Middletown Area

Great place to stay. I've stayed there plenty of times. There is one staff member with an attitude problem(hence the four star service) but literally everyone else who works there is absolutely amazing. Great staff, friendly housekeeping, and in general, terrific service. Would definitely recommend you stay here. Across the street from a McDonald's if you're hungry and don't want to travel far from the hotel. There's a gas station right down the street. And Kings Island is only about a 20-30 minute drive away

I was trying to book a stay at a different Wyndham Hotel thru a reservationist. The hotel I requested was unavailable so she did a tentative with super 8. It was only 2 seconds and I said no way to this hotel. That reservation wasn’t made but 1 minute before we were trying to call them and cancel but conveniently for super 8, no answer on their end. She charged my card and refused to refund me. They are shady and rude. Did not feel comfortable when I did stay at their hotel a few times before. They aren’t nice and will make you feel like you are bugging them. The rooms are clean enough and there is always someone there but those are the only two things that are positive.

The room was actually nice. Newly remodeled. The room across had a dog that barked all night.The staff is friendly except for woman office manager. A pure B! We have stayed there several times over the years and this location is always improving building wise, but the newest office people are shysters. Tried to bill my bank twice as I was leaving, and I saw the notice.The woman was absolutely pissed when my bank stopped the transaction. Never going there again.

They have definitely worked on things, they have improved. They have gotten better with the booking and understanding. They definitely keep the place well kept as usual throughout the hallways and such and the rooms I have booked have always been clean.
